2011: PROACTIVE NOT REACTIVE. Considerations were made to exit NYC as I began my 3-month summer artist residency in Berlin. An intriguing chapter there, but I felt New York beckoning me home toward the end of the stint. Was good to be back “home” even though I continually think about leaving NYC.
